Light and the absence of such, space and the process of seeing, all play an important role in the œuvre of Monika Goetz. She creates site-specific works that seek to develop new contexts by employing subtle amendments and manipulations to the space.
Her work provides an opportunity to expand one's perception of the world and to question one's experience and place therein.
